Something for Everyone with Sample Meal Plans

Heart-healthy meal plan.  This plan is best for those with heart disease and hypertension, and is an overall healthy meal plan.  Should you require specific dietary needs, you may wish to review something more specific to your issues.  For breakfast you might get whole grain cereal with fruit and nonfat milk, lunch world be Cuban rice and beans with spinach salad and fruit, for dinner grilled chicken, baked sweet potato and vegetable and fruit, and a snack of low-fat muffin and herbal tea.

Wheat-free meal plan.  Perhaps you are sensitive to wheat and your want someone to customize a plan that eliminates wheat-based products, but do not have a gluten intolerance.  For breakfast you may get southwestern scrambled eggs and rick cake and peanut butter, lunch turkey taco salad with baked tortilla chips and grapes, for dinner lemon pepper salmon and brown rice and spinach salad, with pineapple fruit shake for a snack.
